浙江省R&D经费内部支出现状研究

科技是推动国民经济发展的重要力量,科学研究与试验发展(R&D)活动作为科学技术活动的核心,起着关键性的作用。近年来,浙江省积极贯彻"科教兴省"战略,其科技经费尤其是R&D经费投入和支出逐年增长,但与发达地区比,仍然存在着R&D经费投入力度不足、R&D经费内部支出结构失衡、科研机构和高校R&D经费支出规模较小等问题。浙江省可以从提高基础研究地位、增强科技事业扶持力度和合理分配科技经费等方面着手,把浙江省真正打造成科技强省。  相似文献   

Detecting Misspecification in Mean Structures for Growth Curve Models: Performance of Pseudo R 2s and Concordance Correlation Coefficients

This study examined the performance of 4 correlation-based fit indexes (marginal and conditional pseudo R ²s; average and conditional concordance correlations) in detecting misspecification in mean structures in growth curve models. Their performance was also compared to that of 4 traditional SEM fit indexes. We found that the marginal pseudo R ² and average concordance correlation were able to detect misspecification in the marginal mean structure (average change trajectory). The conditional pseudo R ² and concordance correlation could detect misspecification when it occurred in the conditional mean structure (individual change trajectory) or in both mean structures. Compared to the SEM fit indexes, the correlation-based fit indexes were more robust to sample size but were less robust to data properties such as magnitude of population mean and measurement error. Theoretical and practical implications of the results and directions for future research are discussed.  相似文献   

思茅松松塔化学成分的初步研究

目的：对思茅松松塔的化学成分进行初步研究。方法：采用溶剂法提取思茅松松塔的化学成分,运用正相硅胶、反相RP-18、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和中压液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为：松脂醇（1）,罗汉松树脂酚（2）,（7S,8R）-3’,4,9,9’-四羟基-3-甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1’-丙醇基新木脂素（3）,dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol（4）,二氢槲皮素-3’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（5）,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸（6）。结论：6个化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

中国高校研发效率的地区比较研究——基于DEA模型

在构建高校R&D效率评价指标体系的基础上,采用DEA模型对中国31个地区的高校R&D投入产出效率进行了实证研究。结果表明:中国58.1%的地区高校R&D效率非DEA有效,整体上中国高校R&D的规模收益未达到规模收益的最适阶段。建议政府根据本地区的实际情况增加、减少或重新配置R&D资源,以提升中国各地区高校提高R&D效率。  相似文献

政府投资基础研究项目是提升我国基础创新能力的重要手段。项目参与主体利益目标不一致等引发冲突问题也不容忽视。基于第三方偏好信息,应用冲突分析的图模型方法即GMCR理论,构建分析模型模拟基础研究项目研发过程决策主体冲突状态演变与解决机制;通过稳定性求解,分析政府、高校科研院所、企业等决策主体不同偏好情境下冲突的个体稳定性和全局稳定性。研究为基础研究项目的多主体冲突问题提供了解决思路,可作为政府投资项目决策的理论依据。  相似文献

This article examines the frontier between the Seljuk Sultanate of Rūm and its Byzantine neighbours in the thirteenth century, concentrating on the place of these frontier districts within the Seljuk state. Scholarship on the frontier, influenced by the ideas of Paul Wittek, has seen it as something of a “no man's land”, politically, economically, culturally and religiously distinct from the urban heartland of the Seljuk sultanate in central Anatolia, dominated by the nomadic Turks, the Turkmen, who operated largely beyond sultanic control. It is often thought that the Seljuk and Greek sides of the border shared more in common with each other than they did with the states of which they formed a part. In contrast, this article argues that in fact the western frontier regions were closely integrated into the Seljuk sultanate. Furthermore, with the Mongol domination of the Seljuk sultanate in the second half of the thirteenth century, the Seljuk and Mongol elites became increasingly involved in this frontier region, where some of the leading figures of the sultanate had estates and endowments.  相似文献   

著作权法体系下体育赛事直播画面的权利保护

对新近发生的涉体育赛事直播画面侵权案件进行梳理后发现，不同法院对事实基本相同的该类案件，作出了不同的判决结果。究其原因，一是不同法官对体育赛事直播画面在著作权法上的定性存有争议，二是体育赛事直播画面在著作权法下的保护遇到了法律适用困境。鉴于著作权法与其他法律的外部协调和“著作权-邻接权”二分体系下的内部协调，以及根据“同类案件相同处理”的法律推理原则，研究认为，在我国《著作权法》框架下，通过扩张解释和完善广播组织者权来保护体育赛事直播画面是更为合理的路径选择。  相似文献
